For Whatnot sellers earning $5K+/mo

What a real Whatnot seller dashboard looks like

Whatnot's native dashboard is fine for "am I making money this week?". It stops there. It explicitly tells you not to use those numbers for taxes. Per-show profit, real margin, buyer retention, fees broken down? Build it yourself or use a tool.

Whatnot says it themselves.

From their help docs: "Earnings figures from the Analytics tab are estimates and should not be used for filing taxes or other official reporting purposes." Their dashboard is for vibe checks. Not bookkeeping.

What you see in AfterShows

Same data Whatnot has. Different lens.

Drill into any show

Tap any show to see what really went down. Items table, buyer list, bundles, tips, refunds, P&L for that show alone. Cross-link to any buyer or item to see their full history.

Tax-ready P&L

Every dollar mapped to Schedule C lines. Export when you need it. CSV in v1, PDF in v1.1.

Buyer retention

Cohort retention curves. Lapsed buyer alerts. Repeat buyer flagging. The buyers worth a DM, surfaced.

Boost ROI

Mark a Boost window and your spend. We compute the lift against the same window in prior weeks. Auto-detect from the Ledger CSV in v2.

Schedule C export

One click year-end CSV. Drop into TurboTax, FreeTaxUSA, or hand to your CPA. Itemizes commission, payment processing, COGS, advertising spend.

Plain-language insights

Callouts written like a friend would say it. "@cardking42 alone drove 24% of your revenue." "Bowman Hobby Box was your top profit driver." Top 2 surfaced per upload.

How it works

  1. Sign in with a magic link (no password). Free for 2 uploads.
  2. Drag in your Weekly Orders Report. We read all 36 columns including tips, refunds, shipping charges, and bundles.
  3. Dashboard populates with real numbers in 2 to 3 seconds.
  4. Fill in costs for items where Whatnot didn't capture it (most of them, since Whatnot doesn't know what you paid). Inline edit or bulk lot distribution.
  5. Upload more weeks. Multi-week trends, cohort retention, lapsed buyers all populate.
  6. Year-end: hit Export Schedule C, file, done.
