Why we built this
The native dashboard is for vibes. We do the bookkeeping math so you don't have to.
Their dashboard is estimates
Whatnot's own help docs say not to use the Analytics tab for taxes.
They don't know what you paid
Cost of inventory is your biggest deduction. Whatnot has no way to know what you spent.
Fees add up fast
Commission, processing, refunds, giveaway shipping. 11 to 15% per sale, easy.
Tax time is rough
A 1099-K shows up with gross sales. No deductions, no COGS. April panic ensues.
What you get
Type in what you paid for each item. Or split a lot purchase across a bunch of sales (1 hobby box, 6 cards, one click). We do the math on every sale.
Commission, processing, shipping, refunds, costs. All in one view. Click any line to drill in. The next time you wonder where 37% of your revenue went, you'll have the answer.
